Program Coordinator at Husqvarna Group

Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and developing the daily operations within a global program. You ensure that working methods, resources, and processes are aligned with the program's goals and strategy.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily operational activities within the program
- Collaborate closely with Program Management, PMO, and HR functions globally and locally
- Support resource planning and staffing in a global/virtual organization
- Administer and follow up on personnel-related processes
- Be responsible for documentation, administration, and data tracking related to the program
- Develop and improve working methods, structures, and processes
- Contribute to organizational development and continuous improvements
- Plan and follow up on competence development initiatives
- Coordinate retraining and further education within the program
- Ensure that guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards are followed in collaboration with HR
- Support internal communication and information flow within the program
- Promote engagement and well-being among program participants
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience in coordinating and administrative roles, preferably from complex organizations or change environments.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Fluent English in speech & writing; Swedish is an advantage
- Experience in operational work in a coordinating function
- Good administrative skills and a structured working method
- Experience working with personnel-related processes
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategy into practical working methods
- Good teamwork skills and experience in cross-functional work
- A proactive and solution-oriented working style
- An interest in improvement work and efficiency
